Tihei Rangatahi Back for 2024

And we’re back with another fun filled year planned for our tamariki and rangatahi.

Tihei Rangatahi is a programme for 8 – 14-year-olds to go to after school encouraging positive behaviour, providing unique opportunities, connectedness to the community, support in schools and just having fun!!!!
Tihei Rangatahi has been running in Wainuiomata for close to 10 years and recently expanded to Naenae. During the holidays the two programmes combine with 70 tamariki in attendance.
Tihei Rangatahi aims to prevent bullying by providing a safe space, reduction in offending by supporting them into different pathways, identifying their strengths and supporting them to be happy and successful adults.
