Te Wiki o te Reo Māori - Kokiri Marae

Plans to support the Māori Language Hikoi in Wellington City were called off due to bad weather.

But Teresea Olsen – CEO decided it was still important we continue with celebrating our beautiful language by organizing a day at Wainuiomata Marae for the whole organisation learning Te Reo Māori and celebrating our culture and identity. We did this through waiata, role playing, our own mini hikoi and kēmu.

All staff had a wonderful day and became a team building, we hope to have more days like this in the future.
